This lil cute spoon is use to measure your shake accurately. Custom designed from Herbalife with four measuring spoons rolled into one. My coach purposely give me some extra spoons to me.. I'm not really sure why... But I have no problem to give away my extra spoon if you like it. hehe .. no joke.. one left :)Measurements include: tablespoon, teaspoon, 1/2 teaspoon and 1/4 teaspoon.
Scoop A = 1 tablespoon = 15 ml
Scoop B = 1 teaspoon = 4.5 ml
Scoop C = 1/2 teaspoon = 2.5 ml
Scoop D = 1/4 teaspoon = 1.2 ml
